Originally from Bremen, Germany, I have spent the majority of my professional life working outside of Europe, primarily in English-speaking countries such as the USA and Singapore. My career began in California, where I served as Art Director for the renowned indie label Bomp Records, creating album artwork and promotional materials, and later earned a diploma in Computer Graphics from Platt College, Los Angeles.
The creative energy of Los Angeles and its independent art scene played a formative role in shaping my perspective on visual storytelling. The eclectic mix of personalities and cultural influences I encountered there continues to inspire my work and inform my commitment to originality and artistic integrity.
Over the years, I have held Art Director positions at two nationwide U.S. magazines and collaborated with organizations across Europe, specializing in technical visualizations, interactive learning solutions, and 3D design. A venture capital–funded game development project eventually led me to Singapore, where my focus expanded to include XR design, immersive visualization, and generative media.
Today, I work at the intersection of story and technology, writing about where digital culture is headed and building the cinematic, world-scale experiences that get us there.
